Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

All prices are listed in MUR and may change without notice. Prices may differ between online and in-store. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
6. Delivery & Collection
We offer delivery across Mauritius and Rodrigues. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Customers may choose to collect orders from our physical shops where available. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for checking product ingredients before use. We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products.
