We use Mauritius Post for all deliveries:
- Standard Delivery
- Express Delivery

We deliver across:
- Mauritius
- Rodrigues
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Mauritius (Standard): 2–5 working days
- Mauritius (Express): 1–2 working days
- Rodrigues: 5–10 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Fees
We offer fixed shipping rates based on the selected delivery method (Standard or Express), regardless of delivery location within Mauritius or Rodrigues.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
6. Order Tracking
For orders shipped via Mauritius Post, a tracking number will be provided where available. Customers can track their orders using our "Track Order" feature or via the courier’s tracking system.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue and assist you accordingly.
8. Failed or Incorrect Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.
If a delivery attempt fails or a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
