At Myk'ab Co Limited, we take hygiene and customer satisfaction seriously.
1. Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
Returned items must be in their original packaging where applicable.
2. Timeframe
Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order to report any issue.
3. Return Review
All return requests are subject to review. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue before approval.
4. Refunds & Replacements
Once approved:
- A replacement product will be provided where possible, or
- A refund will be issued via the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by us only if the item is defective or incorrect. In other cases, return shipping fees may apply.
6. In-Store Purchases
Products purchased in-store are non-refundable unless defective.

8. Shipping Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
9. Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
